2005 Formation of a joint venture with Pandrol UK Ltd. for the marketing of Pandrol Fastenings in India
2005 Inaugurated its Rail Fastenings manufacturing facility in Hyderabad
2005 Formation of a joint venture with the VAE GmbH, Austria to manufacture turnouts in India under the name Rahee Track Technologies Pvt. Ltd (RTT).
2005 Entered the Mobile Flash Butt Welding business
2006 Formation of a joint venture with TSO France in order to undertake Mobile Flash Butt Welding contracts in India.
2006 Entered the Bridge building business
2006 Established a new state of the art production facilities for manufacturing of Turnouts in Kolkata
2006 Wonits first steel girder Bridge fabrication and Erection projectto construct a bridge across river Mahanadi in Orissa for RVNL
2008 The Indian Railways adopted Improved Switch Expansion Joint design developed by Rahee for usage on tracks.
2009 Acquisition of Rubber manufacturing unit of Punit Elastromers in Nagpur.
2009 Inaugration of new Bridge Fabrication unit in Kolkata
2010 Rahee Infratech Ltd.‘s turnover crossed the Rs.1 Billion mark.
2010 Inaugration of  second unit for Bridge fabrication unit in Kolkata.
2010 Rahee Industries Ltd.  changed its name to Rahee Infratech Limited.
2011 Acquired 100% stake in RTT  from VAE group.
2012 Entered into the Ballastless Track Work Segment.
2013 Awarded the Emerging India Award for "Best Upcoming Infra Co. and most innovative SME".
