SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
Under the CSR initiative of Rahee, Sahebdanga Beledanga Jr. High School is undergoing a remarkable transformation to create a sustainable and inclusive learning environment. This initiative combines infrastructure enhancements with thoughtful interventions aimed at improving the educational experience for students.
Project Sahebdanga Jr. High School Transformation
As part of the project, four classrooms have been renovated and painted, with desks and benches repaired and given a fresh coat of paint. Accessibility has been significantly improved with the construction of a ramp and pathways surrounding the school.
To ensure hygiene and inclusivity, gender-friendly toilets have been constructed separately for boys and girls. A dedicated changing room with an incinerator has also been added for female students. A hand wash station with an overhead tank has been installed to provide access to clean water.
Additional upgrades include the construction of a dining hall with a secure roof and walls, renovation of the existing kitchen, and the development of a kitchen garden to promote sustainability. The school’s exterior has been revitalized with BALA (Building as Learning Aid) art, making the surroundings more engaging and educational for the students.

Holistic Care and Education for Orphaned and Poor Children in Nabarangapur
Rahee Infratech Ltd. contributes to creating a nurturing environment for orphaned and street children in Nabarangapur District, Odisha.
The district faces significant challenges due to a growing population of orphaned and street children, often caused by familial disputes, trafficking, and exploitation. To support the efforts of the creche centre in Nabarangapur Municipality, which caters to 50 children, Rahee has stepped forward to enhance the facility’s environment and operations.
Through the implementation of Bala painting (Building as Learning Aid), Rahee has helped transform the space into a vibrant, child-friendly environment that fosters learning and creativity. Additionally, Rahee has extended its support to ensure the smooth functioning of the center, contributing to the well-being and growth of the children.
This initiative reflects Rahee’s commitment to supporting the community and empowering vulnerable children to build a brighter future.

Uttam Schools Project at Uttarakhand
In Rahee's continued endeavor to improve the quality of education for children, the group has entered into an agreement with the Indian Social Responsibility Network to transform schools in the Uttarakhand region into Uttam Schools. The goal of this initiative is to Build the future workforce in India through improvement in quality of education and learning in schools.

SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
At Barjora, Bankura in West Bengal, 2023 Cluster based approach in creating climate resilient and transformational education system. The initiative comprises two phases: Phase 1 including the accomplished renovation work that had been already inaugurated while Phase 2 covers the ongoing projects.
PHASE ONE
7 Anganwadi Centres, 1 Primary School & 1 High School in villages of Moyrasol, Majhirdanga, Beledanga and Chunpora- have been renovated with climate-resilientinfrastructure, boundary wall & roof, smart TV, new dining space, kitchen garden, segregated hygienic toilet with hand wash basin, running water system and play-based learning toolkits along with development of 2 classrooms and 1 toilet in the High School.
PHASE TWO
The renovation work at 2 Anganwadi Centres, 1 Ashar Alo (School for Specially Abled Students) and 1 High School including construction of 4 laboratory room innovation with scientific equipment in the High school besides other renovation works.

Swachh Sundar Vidyalaya
At Rahee we believe that holistic development of children is the best social return on any investment (SROI). Swachh Sundar Vidyalaya has emerged as the flagship CSR initiative of Rahee. A child friendly schools is COVID protective, clean and climate responsive. Swachh Sundar Vidyalaya aims at engaging children in climate responsive good practices in and through school. Swachh Sundar Vidyalaya is a journey towards integrating issues related to climate change, circular economy and child friendly schools in school curriculum and co-curricular activities.

World Diabetes Day Awareness Campaign
On the occasion of World Diabetes Day, Rahee took a proactive step toward fostering community health by launching a comprehensive awareness campaign.
As part of this initiative, a specially designed tableau van traveled across Kolkata, spreading vital messages on diabetes prevention and management. The campaign also offered free diabetes and blood pressure screenings, reinforcing Rahee's commitment to promoting healthier lifestyles and raising awareness about this pressing health concern.

Health Care Services
At Rahee we believe that equitable access to basic health care services is key to achieve Sustainable Development Goal Target 3.8. Rahee has organised Health & Wellness Camps in Shalimar and Jangalpur areas of Howrah district in West Bengal to make quality healthcare services accessible. Over 2000 residents have been provided with health check up and basic medicines and 75+ with eye check up and spectacles.

From limiting immobility to unlimited ability
Mahavir Seva Sadan (MSS) has been working relentlessly to help every physically challenged person with proper medical assistance, empowering them to regain their dignity and lead a life of ability. As Rahee Group, we are extremely honoured to be associated with MSS. Driven by the vision to help physically handicapped persons, MSS in association with Rahee has been distributing artificial limbs, moulded shoes, calipers, wheel chairs, auxiliary crutches, etc free of cost, over the years. Rahee Group looks forward to upholding socially, environmentally, and ethically responsible practices in our operations. Through these endeavours, we strive to create lasting values, ensuring the company's long-term sustainability, and continue making positive contributions for the betterment of the society through education.
